 Chemnitz Cup 2012 - Aprés Ski Floorball Fun. It is summer, the sun is shining, the ice melting and cool drinks get hot. It's the right time to bring the cows back to the mountains and reopen the nice little wooden ski huts. The issue - all the stuff from the past winter is still there, some snow, christmas tress, Glühwein, skis, carriages and the tunes of DJ Ötzi and Micki Krause are still hearable. What now? No party this year or shall we just keep all those things there? It's too much work to bring it down to the valleys anyway. Shall we have another Aprés Ski weekend in the middle of the summer? 
The Tournament. More competition than ever! Since Germanys biggest floorball mixed tournament is played in Richard-Hartmann-Halle (Chemnitz' biggest hall) again, 48 teams from whole europe fight on 4 fields for the surprising trophy! The tournament starts on saturday morning at 9.30 and continues until 6 in the afternoon! After an awesome Aprés Ski Players Party the sleepy sunday offers the first matches at 9.00. The finals are played at 3.30 in the afternoon! Each team plays approximately 7 matches, each 12-15 minutes lasting. The tournament is played in the mixed category on small field with small goals and always 2 girls and 2 boys each team on the field. And one game is not missing - the famous Beat The Crew match. Apply for it and play against the Chemnitz Cup Crew, if you win you will get cocktail vouchers for the Player Party. 
The Aprés Ski Party. The Chemnitz Cup is a premium floorball tournament offering both - two full days of floorball, bed and breakfast and of course an astonishing Players Party! The Apres Ski Party takes place only 300 m away from the Richard-Hartmann-Halle in the Ski Hut Spektrum. The party starts at 9.00 in the evening, offering party games with the famous Limbo-Man (win cocktails and a box of beer for your team), an Aprés Ski Bar with cocktails, Glühwein and Obstler, music from DJ Ötzi & Co and an amazing live gig of DSDS-Schlager star Dominik Kinast (DSDS-Top20 in 2011). 
Locations and Accomodation. Convenient as never before! All 4 fields fit into one hall (Richard-Hartmann-Halle) - you can enjoy the time between your matches and relax in the wide Aprés Ski Foyer without changing the hall or any transport. The place of your accomodation and the Aprés Ski Players Party is just 300 m away from the hall, only separated by the big parking lot for your cars. You will spend the nights from friday to saturday and from saturday to sunday in the area of Haus Spektrum, either in your tent or on your mattress in one of the several rooms we have booked. The Aprés Ski Party also takes place in Haus Spektrum, thus you don't need to worry how to get to bed or back to party. Breakfast and the complete catering is situated in the Richard-Hartmann-Halle. For party lions we also have a barbeque during the Aprés Ski Party.  |
